The mini golf area was fun for my kids, but the indoor pool water was too cold. Breakfast options were limited, especially the bacon. Staff was helpful.

The outdoor pool and mini golf were fun for the kids, but the room had stained carpets and outdated decor. Staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was decent. The game room equipment was lacking maintenance.

Great indoor pool and breakfast, but the wi-fi was spotty.

Great location. Convenient to shopping and dining, yet nestled within park trails. Family-friendly atmosphere, varied activities for all ages. The indoor pool was a highlight, but the outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast presented a decent variety, though some items fell flat—undercooked hash browns and a questionable omelet. Staff were accommodating, and the woman who checked us in was pleasant. The room was clean but outdated. A clogged sink and loose railing raised concerns. Murky pool water after a few days deterred me from letting the kids swim. Minor cleanliness issues detracted from the experience, including hair in the toilet and wrappers behind the nightstand. Improvements are definitely needed.

Awesome stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The place was clean, though the pool could’ve used some love—stuff was floating in the jacuzzi and the tiles needed a scrub. Really loved the peaceful location and views all around! Plus, mini golf was a fun touch!

The view during breakfast is a great way to start your day. The pool is deep and the Jacuzzi is hot
The parking situation could be better

Fox Ridge Resort's proximity to Story Land made our trip unforgettable! The clean, comfortable rooms were a great retreat after a day of fun. Plus, the welcoming staff added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Can't wait to return!

The room was comfy and clean, with a pleasantly spacious loft layout. The beds were comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. temperature control could have been better, as it felt a bit stuffy at times. The noise level was mostly quiet, allowing for relaxation, though occasional disturbances occurred. The lack of an elevator made accessing our second-floor room challenging. While some amenities could use maintenance, like the balconies and pool area, the overall comfort of the room made the stay enjoyable. Housekeeping needed attention, as we noticed the bathroom towels weren't replenished.

clean room, clean breakfast area with a comfortable bed and a coffee pot in the room that made mornings much easier during my stay.
Nothing to improve upon.

I had a fantastic experience exploring North Conway thanks to the hotel's fantastic proximity to everything I wanted to see and do, with places like May Kelly's Cottage Restaurant and Pub just a short 5-minute walk away and larger attractions like Kahuna Laguna and the beautiful Echo Lake State Park easily reachable within a few minutes drive; I loved being able to stroll down to shops and cafes along Main Street, and the breakfast was plentiful and satisfying to fuel my daily adventures! The indoor pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after a long day of discovering nearby attractions like Cathedral Ledge and the North Conway League of NH Craftsmen Fine Arts Gallery, but I felt that the mattresses in my room could use an upgrade to truly enhance the overall comfort.

The pool was fun and perfect for the kids. We loved the movie nights with snacks for the little ones. Having a comfortable bed was a nice touch. The adjoining rooms made it easy to stay close to our group. Being able to enjoy breakfast on-site helped us save some money, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.
The cleanliness in some areas could have been improved, especially in the stairways. The noise from guests above us made it hard to sleep at night.

It wasn’t Cheap, but it was Acceptable.

During my Christmas stay, I loved that the pool was deep, reaching 8 feet, and the Jacuzzi was relaxing and hot. The view during breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.
The property could benefit from updating, particularly the mattresses which were uncomfortable. The breakfast options were inconsistent, with some days offering limited choices.

The indoor pool area felt like a sauna, with the air thick from chlorine. It was just uncomfortable—definitely not a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of travel.

Great location with beautiful mountain views. Indoor and outdoor pools add fun, but the outdoor one was closed during our visit. The breakfast was plentiful, though the hot options fell flat. Staff were generally friendly, but the cleanliness issues stood out—my room had a leak that took too long to fix. The grounds could use some TLC; overgrown landscaping and cracked concrete at the pool were disappointing. Housekeeping was hit or miss, which dampened the experience a bit. With a few updates, this place could really shine.

The Mount Washington Observatory Weather Discovery Center was a blast, truly brought the atmosphere to life! The hotel's location near Story Land and shopping spots was perfect for a relaxed getaway.
Swimming in the cloudy indoor pool felt like being in a mystery novel.

We hit up the indoor and outdoor pools, crushed some mini-golf, and even hiked some trails nearby. The vibe was chill and perfect for a squad getaway.
But, yo, we needed more nighttime activities on-site for us young party animals.

Lots of activities for kids, mini golf, breakfast included, convenient location, easy check-in/out.
Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

The amenities catered perfectly to families, offering indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool spa, mini, golf. The location, close to hiking trails and other outdoor adventures, made it an ideal getaway for us to reconnect and have fun together.
For dads, it would be great if the mini, golf remained open year, round for families with children.

The heating system at Fox Ridge sounded like a jet engine taking off when it started up, which was quite disruptive. The noise was so loud that we ended up turning it off at night to be able to sleep peacefully. On the bright side, the temperature in the room stayed comfortable at 70 degrees, so we didn't freeze without the heater on. Our room had a nice sitting area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The patio offered a lovely view, but unfortunately, the garden furniture looked a bit worn out and could use some refreshing. I appreciated the provision of free toiletries in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. I was disappointed to find that the carpeted floor in our room seemed a bit dirty and could have benefited from a thorough cleaning. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, although the channel selection was limited. It would have been nice to have more options for entertainment. The laundry facilities at the hotel were convenient, but the machines were a bit outdated and not all of them were functioning properly. This made it a bit challenging to do laundry during our stay. Fox Ridge has its pros and cons.
